Section 4
: Club Membership :

1. Membership is open to anyone who agrees to follow the Bylaws / Authenticity rules and 25th Panzergrenadier Division Rules and Regulations.

2. Members must be aware that re-enacting has dangerous circumstances and participating is at one’s own risk.

3. Members must have an understanding that this is a historical organization and must not foster any political views and/or seek to promote any political ideals that are associated with W. W. II Nazi Germany.

4. Club members will not be allowed to belong to any controversial political group or any illegal militia group and remain a member of 25th Panzergrenadier Division.

5. 25th Panzergrenadier Division reserves the right to accept, deny and cancel any member’s membership in keeping with Club policy.

6. Upon acceptance into 25th Panzergrenadier Division, each member is entitled to:

a) A copy of the 25th Panzergrenadier Division Rules and Regulations In hard copy or in a form of CD-ROM computer disk.

b) A unit handbook, in hard-copy or in a form of CD-ROM computer disk.

c) A subscription to the Club’s newsletter, either in hard copy or electronic version, as long as the member’s dues are paid in full. Back issues can be received if still available.

d) To attend all 25th Panzergrenadier Division, Club meetings, activities, training sessions, both public and tactical battles.

e) To vote on all 25th Panzergrenadier Division matters when elections or unit votes are needed.

f) To be awarded decorations that have been earned.

A member is anyone of 16 years or older who has paid full membership dues and has parental or guardian consent.

Section 5
: Types of Club Memberships :

1. Recruits:

a) Recruits will be assigned to a mentor upon joining 25th Panzergrenadier Division. The recruit will be under the mentor’s tutelage for the first (5) battles.

b) Recruits must attend five (5) battles and be a member at least one (1) year before they are eligible for grenadier status. Recruits must acquire all basic uniform/field kit by the end of the recruit’s first (1) year. Recruits must purchase a uniform and field kit from a unit approved vendor.

2. Grenadiers:

a) Grenadiers are current or renewing members that are in good standing with the Club.

3. Sponsor members:

a) Members of the Club that support the Club financially and or with voluntary services which benefit the Club.

Section 6
: Annual Dues :

1. The membership will vote on all dues to be assessed by the Club.
2. Club applications for membership must accompany the determined amount of dues to the unit designee to receive them.
3. Club dues must be paid with personal check or money order. No cash.
4. Club dues must be post marked by February fifteenth (15) of every year by renewing members. A ten- (10) dollar late fee will be added after the renewal date.
5. New members who join after February fifteenth (15) will not be charged a late fee.
6. The term of dues shall run from January first (1) through December thirty first (31) of each year.

Section 7
: Club Meetings :

1. There will be (2) mandatory meetings a year. These will coincide with unit training sessions.
2. Meetings will be held at a place designated by the Club.
3. Notifications will be made in advance either verbal and or written. It will be put in the Club publication whenever possible.
4. No drinking of any alcoholic beverages will take place during the meetings.
5. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend whenever possible.
6. Every member has a right to address an issue or idea at a meeting. This will be handled as new business.
7. Robert’s rules of orders will be followed at Club meetings.

Section 8
: Elected Officials :

1. Elected officials shall consist of:

a) President of the Club.
b) Vice-President of the Club.
c) Secretary / Treasurer.
d) Field Commander

2. Officials will serve a 2-year term.
3. After two (2) years term elections will be held.
4. Elections will be held in November, platforms can be presented anytime during the year and no later then the November 1st (via E-mail, fax, mail, etc.), elections will follow in November. New officers of Club will take their offices January first (1) of the following year.

a) Ballots will be sent out to the membership for voting and shall be return to the secretary/treasurer.
b) Ballots shall be post - marked no later then December fifteenth, otherwise they will be void.
